Pegasus Fabrications: Welding & Steel Fabrication

Fabrication runs as its own business within the Pegasus group, Pegasus Fabrications: sharing our 25,000 sq.ft Kingswinford site, our fleet and our engineers. Its capacity doubled in 2018 with the acquisition of Aztec Centreline Ltd.

The workshop specialises in bespoke steel fabrication for factory and production industries: custom fabrications, modifications to existing steelwork, and repairs to parts, structures and tanks, in steel, stainless and other materials.

Machinery frames for heavy plant, conveyors and production lines · platforms and walkways · storage tanks and silos repaired and manufactured · precision components: brackets, flanges, gears and pulleys · safety barriers and guardrails · architectural steelwork: staircases and railings · pipe fabrication for fluids, gases and steam.

Methods & finishing

MIG, TIG and MMA welding, on site or in the workshop. Painting and rustproofing, galvanising, powder coating, packaging, and national or international delivery arranged.
