Pegasus Industrial Services repairs industrial process machinery, and has done since 2000. The job is simple to say and hard to do: keep the machines that make things running.

Around that sits fabrication, welding and assembly, plus the machine shop that makes the parts nobody sells any more. When a maker has disappeared and the drawing never existed, we measure what is left and make it new.

We are based on the Pensnett Trading Estate in Kingswinford, West Midlands, and we come to you: on-site assessment of machinery that needs repair, honest diagnosis, and the parts to put it right.

We provide contract and sub-contract work under our own trading entities, or where required, we can work under your company name and branding.

Recognising the critical nature of our clients’ operations, we also offer an on-call service for urgent issues. This is particularly beneficial for industries where downtime can have significant impacts, such as food processing lines and car factories.

Since 2023, three businesses have operated under one 25,000 sq.ft roof in Kingswinford:

Pegasus Industrial Services: part identification, repair and reverse engineering, machining, spares and consumables. With trade access to over 2,900 brands and 75,000+ stocked product lines, able to source almost any part nationwide in under 24 hours.

Key Clamp Store: our online store for key clamp handrail and tube clamp systems, grown from our first online shop in 2013 into a nationwide cut-to-measure operation.

Pegasus Fabrications: bespoke steel fabrication and welding, its capacity doubled by the 2018 acquisition of Aztec Centreline Ltd.
