Pegasus runs a manual-first machine shop. That is a deliberate choice, and for the work we do it is the faster one: there is no programming queue and no batch set-up economics. A machinist chucks your part and cuts. For breakdowns and one-offs, that regularly means same-day turnaround while a CNC house is still quoting lead times.

Turning

Conventional lathe turning of shafts, bushes, pins, flanged components, adaptors and specials, in mild steel, stainless, aluminium, brass, bronze and engineering plastics.

Milling & drilling

Horizontal and vertical milling, drilling, boring and broaching. Keyways cut internal and external. Slitting, slotting and shearing to suit the job.

Repair & finishing

Modifications to existing parts, grinding and polishing, and full reverse engineering from a sample when the original is obsolete or the drawing never existed.
